Most people prefer to meet with their counsellor face to face.
For some, there is a definite 'drum beat' in seeing me in a
comfortable, familiar place in London. But if this is
not possible in your busy life you may prefer the benefits
and convenience of OnLine counselling.

Online Counselling is not appropriate if you are in crisis.
In these circumstances, you might want to contact your local GP,
a friend, neighbour, Police or The Samaritans, all of whom will
listen and or offer you assistance.

What are the Benefits of Online counselling and how does it work?

You can book an online session with me for half an hour or
an hour. We will talk about the issues you have in the same
way as if you were with me in my room in London. This could be
by e mail or on MSN if you find typing easy and acceptable.

You will save travel, parking and possibly congestion charges.
You can use my Practice even if you are outside London! This is
particularly useful if you are travelling. Most of my clients
visit me personally, but imagine the convenience of gaining access to
an experienced counsellor from any where in the world!
As long as you have integrity and honesty I am here for you as
a professional.

What if I move?

You can access me from outside London OnLine, so even if you have
moved abroad, or are away on business or on a break you do not
have to miss an appointment. Sometimes, it is unsettling to feel
you have to start again with a new counsellor - now, you can just log
in to continue the sessions or have a top up session every now and again.

I offer you the flexibility of booking whatever kind of session
you want from wherever you want by e mail, messenger or video.
